Refer a resident

For discharge planners, case managers, peer recovery specialists, court and probation staff, VA social workers, pastors, families, and people applying for themselves.

How to refer (fast)

Three simple steps

  1. Call or text [PHONE] or email [EMAIL], or send our one-page Referral Form.
  2. We phone-screen within [NUMBER] business day(s) and interview in person or by video.
  3. Accepted residents can move in as soon as [TIMEFRAME]. With a signed release, we confirm the move-in with you.

We do not pay for or accept payment for referrals. No one is offered money, gifts, free rent, or anything of value for referring a resident, and residents are never paid to move in.

Who is a good fit

  • Adults 18+ ([MEN / WOMEN]) in recovery from alcohol or drug addiction who are ready for a sober, structured home
  • Military veterans (a priority; we coordinate with the VA, SSVF, and county veteran services)
  • Step-down from detox, residential, PHP/IOP, hospital, shelter, Recovery Court, or reentry
  • Medically stable, not in withdrawal, and able to manage their own medications and daily living

Cost: [WEEKLY FEE] per week. We accept third-party payment (SSVF, scholarships, family, church sponsors) and offer payment plans.
